Since Elizabeth has been quite adamant about Franco not being a threat, there is a huge possibility that General Hospital might shake up her faith. Would the “Bad Franco” signs become too hard to ignore for all of them?
Now that we know that Franco’s tumor will bring in more complications, it is possible that he might get accused of doing something he didn’t even do. Perhaps Peter might create bogus evidence to make sure that Franco starts looking like a dangerous person there.
General Hospital: Cameron’s Life Is Changing For Forever

It is possible that Cameron’s grandma might speak to Franco’s father after whatever shocking event had happened.
Whatever the case might be, Elizabeth might start feeling that she does not has any other option than to distance herself and the boys from Franco. This would be the difficult decision that Liz might have to make in order to protect her family, and this even fits in Cameron’s upcoming crisis.
Chad Brannon Is Coming Back!
Chad Brannon is also coming back, and he will most probably reprise his role of Alexander “Zander” Smith in a ghost form. This brings up some very interesting storylines that the show might follow. It is possible that Cameron might get a visit from his now-dead father. Could Cameron be the one who would possibly kill Franco in order to save his family? Or he could witness Peter, Jason Morgan, or maybe someone else who killed Franco instead.
Either this would be a life-changing event and torment Cameron, and just in the time, his father might show up and comfort him. Then it is also possible that something might happen to Cameron, and Franco would get blamed for it. Franco might also start feeling if he really has become a threat to everyone. Here could be a lot of manipulation in the whole situation that would push Franco to start doubting himself.
If Cameron does get seriously injured and has to fight to survive, it could be a near-death experience that would bring Zander’s ghost into the picture. This could set a stage for Franco to meet his tragic fate and perhaps add more to Cameron’s struggles if he wakes up and realizes that whatever happened to him happened because of Franco.
