General Hospital: Gregory Harrison Opens Up About His Fears!
Talking about the whole acting situation, the actor says that while he was approached several times, he stood firm in his decision. Gregory Harrison spoke on Soap Opera Digest podcast, Dishing With Digest, recently. While interviewing, The actor revealed that he wondered if he had made a terrible mistake by joining General Hospital. Harrison, very jokingly, wondered why he waited until 70 to remember 30 pages of dialogue in one night!? The actor also mentioned that he started filming after going through terror for a few weeks. Of course, the fear ended after two weeks, and he said he had the best time since then.
Harrison also revealed that he was offered roles with Susan Lucci for All My Children but deliberately denied it. He said acting after 55 years scared him so badly. However, after the pandemic, Harrison gave deep thought about returning. “I heard myself say, “Yes! Tell them yes,” said the actor on the podcast. And then, he immediately accepted the offer and gushed, ‘Oh my God, what did I just say yes to?!” Of course, General Hospital pulls any actor to its sets (*winks*)
Gregory Harrison has been playing Gregory Chase in General Hospital since 2020. The actor also mentioned that he is feeling comfortable in Port Charles.
