Sonny and Jason were grateful for Britt’s help so they would most likely help Britt if she needed anything. Britt would not want the father of her child killed and would most likely go to bat for Julian to save him from Sonny.
Sonny loves his children and wouldn’t want another child to grow up without his father. Julian is going to need some saving grace when the fact that he knew about Wiley Corinthos (Theo and Erik Olson). Sonny knew for months that Wiley was Sonny’s grandchild and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) son. Britt having Julian’s child could be the only thing that saves him from Sonny’s revenge.

Julian has the choice to either tell Sonny the truth himself and stop Nelle Jerome (Chloe Lanier) from leaving town with Wiley or let Nelle tell Sonny. If Julian can ask for mercy because of his new baby it would certainly look better on him after siding with Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Nelle. Will a new baby be enough to save Julian’s life?
General Hospital’s Britt and Julian may not know each other really well but this potential child could bring them together. A surprise baby may be the only thing between Julian and a bullet. Perhaps he should hope that Britt returns pregnant.
