General Hospital spoilers tease that several Port Charles residents will continue living lies and trying to cover up the truth this week on General Hospital! How far will the lies go and how far will the liars go to avoid exposing the truths in this week’s General Hospital preview?

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Catches Up With Maxie Jones
General Hospital viewers will recall that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is on a visit back home in Port Charles to visit her grandson, Wiley Corinthos (Erik and Theodore Olson), and catching up with several other friends. One of them, of course, is Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) who Nina meets with and tries to comfort regarding the “kidnapping” of her baby, Louise Jones (Harper and Scarlett Bloom).

General Hospital spoilers show that Maxie is hiding her own secret, having given Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) baby Louise for safekeeping, with Brook Lynn passing her off as her baby girl with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), renaming her Bailey Lois Quartermaine.

As Maxie and Nina catch up at Maxie’s apartment, Maxie asks Nina a question Nina is obviously unsure how to answer. Maxie wants to know what is in Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania that made her stay away from Port Charles for so long! Nina looks uncomfortable as she keeps her own secret, that she has fallen in love with an amnesiac and presumed dead Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), who’s going by “Mike” and he with her as well!

GH Spoilers – Two Women Living Lies
General Hospital viewers will recall that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) accepted Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) deathbed marriage proposal in a recent episode of General Hospital. Brook Lynn is at the hospital to confront Willow over her decision; she knows that Willow is in love with Brook Lynn’s cousin, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and that they put their lives and plans on hold because of Chase’s dire condition.

Willow is crying as she explains her decision to accept Chase’s proposal, telling Brook Lynn that she loves Chase! Brook Lynn argues, telling her she’s in love with Michael, not feeling what Willow is doing is right! Willow will be living a lie – but, as General Hospital viewers know, so is Brook Lynn!

According to GH spoilers, Michael and Willow obviously feel that Chase won’t live long anyway, and indeed, if Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) cannot synthesize an antidote that will work and save his life, Chase will be a goner!

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Aims To Put A Plug-In Jason Morgan’s Love Life
While technically, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) aren’t living a lie or telling any, their relationship is none of Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) business! Carly spots the two holding hands at the Metro Court bar and it’s obvious that they are in love.

General Hospital spoilers and recaps reveal they consummated their relationship already while on the run in Canada. Carly makes a beeline for the couple, intending to put a plugin on Jason’s love life and nip it in the bud, and General Hospital spoilers tease she will demand Jason tell her his intentions towards Britt.

Jason won’t lie but he won’t tell the truth either, what he will do is deflect and change the subject! General Hospital viewers will recall that Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) broke up with Jason, and Jason is a free agent where love and relationships are concerned. Carly just needs to stop opening her big mouth and butting her big nose into business that is not hers! Carly won’t like that Jason is not being truthful with her and telling her every gory detail!

GH Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin Tries To Stop Anna Devane From Exposing A Secret
On the roof of General Hospital, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) spots Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) trying to get into the service elevator and calls out to her to keep her from exposing a deadly secret! General Hospital viewers will recall that Finn flung Peter August (Wes Ramsey) down a stairwell in a rage after Peter refused to give him a vial of antidote for Chase and flung it off the roof!

Peter tumbled down and cracked his head open which caused his death, and Finn and Liz hid the body. It’s probably in the elevator shaft and Anna is suspicious because she had problems with the elevator in a previous episode of General Hospital. Elizabeth’s mind flashes to her holding Finn’s hand in an effort to comfort him and encourage him that it’s not his fault if Chase doesn’t make it, even though Finn is blaming himself.
