General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) could actually be a member of the Wu crime family! Will GH viewers find out that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) put a plant in the PCPD?
General Hospital Spoilers – Rory Cabrera Looks Asian
Viewers have noted that Rory looks Asian, and were surprised to see Michael Blake Kruse is playing a Latino rookie cop and not Selina’s new enforcer. It is shocking to see how the Wu crime family has dwindled over the years, with only Selina and her much too timid nephew Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) left. Unfortunately, no matter how Selina may want Brad to become a Wu who compares to the former members that have passed on, her brother for instance, Brad’s just not!
It is important to note that if Rory is a plant by Selina and connected to the Wu family, it doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a relative. However, he could be – if he’s a son of Selina’s younger sister, Nurse Jade Soong (Tia Carrere) who married Dr. Yang Se Chung (Patrick Bishop) and later moved to Asia.
GH Spoilers – Rory Cabrera Looks Like He Would Make A Good Enforcer
Rory looks like he would make a good enforcer, he certainly has the build even if he’s not a tall guy – he’s shorter than Spencer Cassadine, (Nicholas Chavez) for instance. But an enforcer doesn’t have to be tall, he just has to be strong and accurate, and many shorter guys are strong, and wiry! A shorter guy can get into lots of places that a taller guy can’t, and sometimes enforcers and especially mob plants have to do that. Even though Rory has some obvious attractions and feelings for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and is trying to help exonerate her; that may be a personal thing. Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) certainly seems suspicious of him though, but is that suspicion detective suspicion or daddy suspicion?
General Hospital Spoilers – Selina Wu Obviously Has Wu Family Members Planted In Police Departments
Selina obviously has Wu family members planted in police departments and other law enforcement entities – how else could she have obtained Marshall Ashford’s (Robert Gossett) sealed police records? Viewers will recall that is what Selina paid Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) with in exchange for her being able to use a section of The Savoy for her poker games. That is where she put Brad to work, and he’s not so unhappy with working with the poker games although he’d have preferred the lab at GH.
If Rory is a plant at the Port Charles Police Department, she must be planning some big things for Port Charles – that don’t involve Trina’s case! Of course, Selina may just not be aware of or keeping a close eye on Rory like she is her other nephew Brad; otherwise she would have stepped in.
GH Spoilers – Selina Wu Is Trying To Possibly Merge The Wu Family With The Corinthos Family
Previous General Hospital spoilers revealed that Selina has been working a lot with the Corinthos clan, even before Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) returned. She was the one who saved Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) from being killed after a bomb was planted on their wedding limo. The limousines were then switched, with Vincent Novak (Glenn Taranto) and Charles Buscema (Bart Tangredi) being killed instead. Selina doesn’t have a big group and neither does Sonny anymore, there’s a possibility of a merger between Sonny’s and Selina’s crime families. That would be one great reason to have planted Rory, whose name may be something else in reality in the PCPD, because Sonny really doesn’t have an informant there now either!
