The Sister Wives star revealed that she has been dating him since October and that her dog, Zona, has taken a liking to him.

While she’s normally open with her followers about what she’s up to and who she hangs out with, she has yet to publicize a new business she has secretly been working on.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that Meri filed paperwork for her business, Meri Brown Communications LLC, on May 11, 2022.

Although she isn’t listed as the registered agent – the agent is the same one that Christine Brown used for “Just Christine” – the reality star is listed as a member.

According to the official business record obtained by The U.S. Sun, the company was created to engage in “social media, entertainment services, public speaking, writing and interview engagements.”

No further information was disclosed in the filing.

The LLC was last renewed on August 31, 2023, and is not due to be renewed again until May 2024.

TEASING WHAT’S TO COME

Other than appearing on Sister Wives, Meri is known for being an ambassador and seller for the clothing brand LuLaRoe since 2016.

She also spends the majority of her time at her bed and breakfast, Lizzie’s Heritage Inn, in Parowan, Utah, after officially moving there last year.

Last summer, during a trip to New York City, she informed fans that she is working on new projects, but did not go into details.

In an Instagram post, she said: “Leveling up my life and business is something I’m taking a very active role in.”

She went on to say that she’s been working on herself and her job for the past few years, and she met some really amazing people while doing it.

The entrepreneur continued: “When you put yourself in situations of growth and change, the right people enter your life at the right time to be a light, to be a reminder, and to support you in your journey.”

NEXT CHAPTER

Meri’s new business, Meri Brown Communications LLC, launched months prior to her announcing her separation from Kody Brown.

The couple had been in a relationship for more than 30 years.

In 2014, the pair legally divorced, but remained in a spiritual marriage, so that he could marry his “favorite” sister wife Robyn.

Now, the patriarch only remains married to Robyn after separating from the other sister wives, Christine and Janelle.

The U.S. Sun previously reported that Kody, for his part, has shut down the family’s business, Kody Brown Family Entertainment LLC, in October 2023.

Annual reports had been filed yearly from 2019 up until January 2023. Kody and his four wives were all listed as managers of the business.

Despite the business being dissolved in Nevada, the company license is still active in Arizona, where he currently lives.

Kody also runs Dabsark Entertainment, LLC, with his only wife left, Robyn, as the company stands for their and their five children’s initials.

MERI’S TAKE ON CHRISTINE

It appears Meri is now focused on this next chapter with her new boyfriend, especially given her estrangement from her ex-sister wives.

She made a brief appearance during Christine’s fairytale wedding to her fiancé David Woolley in a TV special that aired earlier this month.

Meri confessed to cameras: “I’m really happy for [Christine]. I know that she’s really just been wanting to find some peace and some happiness for a really long time so I’m really glad that she’s found it.”

However, a source told The U.S. Sun that Meri “didn’t care about attending.”

“Truthfully, she could care less. They had a falling out and have been distant ever since Christine left the family and moved to Utah,” the source spilled.

“They were never close as sister wives or best friends for that matter. There is no love lost between them.”

‘EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENTS’

Instead of posting a congratulatory message on her social media, Meri posted her own goals for the future, snubbing her estranged family.

Some items on her wish list include skydiving, scuba diving new opportunities and exciting announcements, visiting other countries like Greece and Canada and writing a book among other things.

Shortly after her list was revealed, she shared never before seen photos of her and her new boyfriend, Amos.

She disclosed: “I’ve been keeping this kind of close to me as we’ve been enjoying the last few months of dating and getting to know each other.”

“As I’ve considered when and how I wanted to share this fun news and share him with the world (jk, not really sharing, I’m keeping him to myself).

“I knew I wanted to celebrate my birthday in a special way and let you celebrate this with me!”

Meri admitted that 2024 was off “to a great start” and that she couldn’t wait to “share more news” with her supporters at the end of her caption.
