MYKELTI Brown has flaunted her incredible 75-pound weight loss in skintight shorts and a T-shirt for a hard-hitting workout video on social media.
The Sister Wives star recently clapped back at fan accusations that she has slimmed down from using the drug Ozempic.
Mykelti, 27, posted a new workout video on Tuesday of herself hitting the gym and “creating healthy habits” in her lifestyle.
The reality star began by filming herself while talking to the camera, explaining her method for “day seven” of her new initiative.
The TV personality spoke to her followers while wearing a black T-shirt with the words “just breathe” and her long red hair styled in a braid down her back.
“Day 7 of creating healthy habits. My pre-workout drink. We’re gonna shake it and we’re gonna go!” she explained.
Mykelti poured yellow powder into a bottle which she shook until the liquid inside matched the vivid color.
“Cheers!” she closed with a smile.
The mother of three then switched the video to a clip of her working out doing weights in her home gym.
Mykelti flaunted her 75-pound weight loss in a pair of skintight green-gray biker shorts with matching sneakers.

The TLC star underwent a series of arm workouts before taking a huge gulp from her bottle.
She did a bunch of chest presses before hopping on the treadmill where she ran for the rest of the video.
After turning off the machine, Mykelti lifted her shirt to wipe the sweat off of her face, exposing her flat tummy.
She smiled and shot the camera a peace sign before the video closed.
The young mom captioned her post, “Beginner alert,” with a series of fitness-inspired hashtags.
CLAPPING BACK
Mykelti’s major weight loss has been the center of fan conversations in recent months, with many accusing her of using unnatural methods to shed the pounds.
But in November, the Sister Wives star clapped back at haters on social media and clarified her efforts in dropping weight.
When one follower asked whether she was taking Ozempic to secure her 75-pound weight loss – she quickly shot the idea down.
The TV star replied, “I am not. I am taking a supplement drink and running around with three kids.”
It seemed even more critics accused her of taking the drug, pushing her to open up completely.
In her new post, Mykelti stood alone and spoke to the camera as she clarified, “Hi! I just wanted to clarify a few things. Plexus is not a weight loss company, and it is not the only thing I’ve done to lose weight.”
She added, “Plexus is a gut health company, so its goal is to help you internally. And internally, when your body is healthy… you end up showing on the outside when you feel good on the inside.”
Later on, she confirmed, “It’s not a quick fix,” and added that she was focusing on her diet and general lifestyle, and had been over two years, not “two weeks.”
In her caption, she added, “HAPPY A SPLENDID DAY! Hope you enjoy my four-minute rant. High protein low calorie and gut health supplements. That’s the gist if you want to save yourself four minutes.

Mykelti’s fantastic slim down came after welcoming her twins Archer and Ace last winter.
