CHRISTINE Brown’s daughter Gwendlyn has revealed why she didn’t attend her mother’s wedding to David Woolley.
The Sister Wives star – whom Christine, 51, shares with her ex-husband, Kody, 54 – skipped out on her mom’s big day despite her other siblings being there.

Gwendlyn shared why she was a no-show from the October 7 ceremony during a Q&A on her Patreon earlier this week.
She defended her decision to miss the festivities, telling fans she was too “busy” with school and her home life to make the trip to Utah.
” …I was busy lol. Lots going on with school and my house,” Gwendyn – who lives in Flagstaff, Arizona – explained.
The TV star later noted that her organic chemistry class, in particular, had her tied up that weekend.
“[My mom] didn’t mind. She took me off the guest list soon as I told her,” Gwendlyn assured.
The reality star also confirmed that her absence had nothing to do with anything else besides her own personal commitments.
WHERE’S GWEN?
However, not everyone was aware of Gwendlyn’s plans as her sister Mykelti, 27, revealed she didn’t know why the 21-year-old didn’t show up.
“Gwendlyn didn’t tell me why she wasn’t there,” Mykelti told her Patreon followers last week.
“When she didn’t show up, it was kind of a shock to me. I didn’t know that she wasn’t going to be there.”
She continued: “…I think it’s tragic and sad for my mom. I don’t know the reasons why. There could have been an emergency, there could have been nothing, who knows?…But it’s sad.”
FANS’ REACTIONS
Fans also expressed their concerns when they noticed Gwendlyn missing from wedding photos.
“Looks like Gwen didn’t go. What a shame, I believe she will regret missing this,” one person wrote on an online thread.
“If she didn’t go something big is up between her and her Mother. I mean you put stuff aside for something like this,” someone else theorized.
“That is so disappointing… I love reading all of this group but very bummed if Gwen truly didn’t go. That explains her recent tone towards her mother if she is angry about this. Makes sense at least. Doesn’t mean it is reasonable. Ugh. Too bad!” another commented.
“I’m going to be totally judgmental and say that I think that’s terrible. Whatever problem she’s having with her mom or her brother or whoever it is, she should have set it aside for the day. They all showed up for her day,” a final added.
FAMILY DIVIDED
Christine and Kody’s other children, Aspyn, 28; Paedon, 25; Mykelti; Ysabel, 20, and Truely, 13, attended the wedding, as well as Kody’s ex-wife, Janelle, 54, and their kids.
But Christine’s former sister wife, Meri, 52, Kody, his wife, Robyn, 44, and their kids weren’t at the ceremony.
Christine ended her marriage with polygamist Kody in November 2021, a move that shook the entire family.
Janelle ended up leaving Kody in December 2022, and Meri followed suit weeks later, making Robyn Kody’s only remaining spouse.
