Janelle said she wanted that land as something to give to her kids. I don’t think it’s necessarily because she wants to be with Kody.
Janelle is a smart cookie. She’s especially smart with money. She’s not going to turn loose of her kids’ inheritance.

After how dirty they did Janelle financially, I’d be shocked if she stays with Kody. I think she just wants the land or money from the land.

I do believe they are divorced. She’s getting her property that is owed to her. Janelle is quiet and well calculated. The land had Robyn’s name removed. Janelle had the middle lot, not the one in the trees. That was Christine’s. They also spit the LLC back in 2021.
Only Kody and Janelle’s names are listed on the titles of the land now. I am hoping the pay off is them cleaning things up so she has land she can sell.
