While many TLC fans were quick to congratulate Christine and David Woolley, many were more focused on the reaction of her ex-husband Kody Brown, 54.
Christine was the first of the sister wives to leave the family, announcing her split from Kody in November 2021 following 27 years of a spiritual marriage.
On Reddit, many viewers of the reality television show speculated that Kody and his one remaining wife, Robyn Brown, 44, were very unhappy about the nuptials.
One fan snarked: “Hope Kody and Robyn are livid with jealousy.”
Another wrote: “She looks GORGEOUS. I hope Kody is kicking a pile of dirt (and himself) out on Coyote Pass right now screaming at the mountain.”
A third person added: “Kody probably hates it because he isn’t happy unless everyone is miserable or he’s the center of attention.”

An insider told The U.S. Sun that Christine’s wedding was an all-day outdoors affair, with the set up beginning in the early hours of the morning and guests arriving in the early afternoon.
The couple exchanged vows on a wooden stage where all their friends and family witnessed the unforgettable moment.
Described as “a scene out of a Western dream,” according to Red Cliffs Lodge’s website, the outdoor space is surrounded by views of the majestic, 2000-foot red cliffs and Colorado River.
The wedding was filmed by TLC cameras, a source previously confirmed to The U.S. Sun, potentially for Sister Wives, or maybe even for a potential spinoff show.
BLENDED FAMILY
Christine shared the news about her engagement to David on April 13 this year, two months after debuting their relationship.
Days later, The U.S. Sun reported that the reality star was ready to marry.
Christine shares six children with Kody: Aspyn, 28; Mykelti, 27; Paedon, 25; Gwendlyn, 22; Ysabel, 19; and Truely, 13.
Meanwhile, David has eight children of his own.
In July, he took to Instagram yesterday to introduce himself officially.
Along with the sweet photos, David wrote: “Hello! I’m sorry I have not let people know who I am yet.
“I have eight kids. Six are married two are single! I have 10 grandchildren. I also have kids and grandkids in California that are my extended family but I consider my own!”
He also explained the covered faces in some photos, writing: “Half of my kids do not want to be in the spotlight, so I’m respecting their wishes and you won’t see their faces on here.”
