General Hospital: Laura Wright Leaks Upcoming Storyline, Carly Runs Into Sonny’s Arms
Although Carly and Bobbie had gotten on good terms, yet there was a lot left unsaid between them on General Hospital. They did miss out on a lot in each other’s lives. So when Carly hears that Bobbie passed away in her sleep, she will be caught completely off-guard. Thankfully, she will have Drew by her side to support her and walk her through the difficult phase. She will also find solace in taking care of Kelly’s as it was especially close to Bobbie’s heart.

In a recent chat with Soap Opera Digest, Laura Wright previewed Sonny and Carly’s upcoming interaction on General Hospital. The fine actress revealed that initially, there is awkwardness. Sonny shared that he heard the news, paid his respects, and began to leave. However, right then, Carly feels a stir and is overcome with emotions. Thus, she runs straight into Sonny’s arms for support. But before you get any ideas, Laura clarifies that it is platonic and “not like, let’s make out.”
The General Hospital star insists that no one knows Carly like Sonny does. Moreover, after losing her mother, Sonny is the “deepest” family she has left. Furthermore, she asserts that there will be a lot of emotional intimacy in the scene. Thus showing their special connection. But could this eventually take a turn to go back to what they once were to each other back in the day? Will their romantic feelings for each other return?
