Okay! So let’s face the biggest fact first! Currently, Sonny and Nina are hanging by a literal thread on General Hospital. Even Nina knows it as a matter of fact, that once Sonny finds out that she threw Carly to the SEC for insider trading, their relationship will be fried. There is no way Sonny is going to let such a betrayal slide. Especially after he explicitly had asked her what she was talking about to Martin. But Nine chose to lie right to his face. Thus, Sonny is going to look at this as multiple layers of betrayal. So Nina better start pulling that ring off her finger! Oh wait! She already did!
Once Sonny and Nina’s engagement blows apart at General Hospital, it will only be a matter of time before Carly and Drew’s relationship follows suit. Because let’s be honest for a minute here. Absolutely nobody is buying Carly and Drew as an endgame. Moreover, Drew and Carly sometimes seem so inconsequential that there may even be no need of a full-blown plot twist to break them apart. So there is a major change that when Nina ends up having her engagement ring taken away, she might need a handkerchief attached to a masculine arm to wipe her tears!
