So, is Esme Prince pregnant on GH like she claims? Just saying it is one thing but there’s a little bump on her belly. Esme (Avery Pohl) is a consummate liar, but she bedded Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) not long ago.
Esme supposedly died on August 2, 2022, after tipping over the parapet at Wyndemere on General Hospital. She returned two months later almost to the day. But how far long would she be if Nik got her pregnant?
They did the deed on the floor of the castle on June 1, 2022. If she got pregnant then, Esme Prince is about 20 weeks along. That’s the perfect timeline to have a little bit of a baby bump — and be able to determine gender.

At the end of the most recent General Hospital, as Nikolas threatened to call the police on her, Esme dropped the bombshell. He was already reeling from finding her rifling the safe for cash to stay on the lam.
They bickered about him thinking she was dead. Then, she falsely accused Ava Jerome (Maura West) of pushing her. The bottom line is that he’s not worried about anything she might say about him or Ava that night.

It’d be a she-said-he-said-she-said situation. Still, the PCPD wants Esme for questioning in the revenge s*x tape case. But she’s cool and collected on General Hospital as she told Nik “You won’t call the cops on us”.
Then she said, “me and our baby” and patted her little bump. Meanwhile, Prince Cassadine looked like he was about to stumble over to the parapet and take a header himself after hearing that.

So, there are three big questions now about this bad, bad girl on the ABC soap. First, is Esme Prince really pregnant? Second, is she also the Hook Killer on General Hospital?
If so, then this is a terrifying history repeating itself. Because she’s the spawn of a twisted serial killer. Is this Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) twisted family legacy?
