General Hospital spoilers say rumor has it someone is about to get shot at the Metro Court Hotel, and everyone is speculating that it might be renowned mobster, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). If Sonny comes under fire, it could leave Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in quite a predicament feeling like she is losing the love of her life. What’s that? It’s going to be just as uncomfortable of a feeling for Carly as it is for us to think about. Sonny hasn’t been in trouble like this in quite a while. In fact, the last time he was, Carly didn’t even know about it until he was home.
And while he was away in Nixon Falls, she was falling in love with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Now, Sonny has someone else — Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) — and it’s going to burn Carly’s biscuits that she’s not the leading lady in his life who gets to stand vigil by his hospital bedside.

Or perhaps this is the work of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), who has just come back into the picture and clearly wants to make use of Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) are going to have their hands full with Carly. She is the person who put them in this position in the first place — watching out for Sonny and making sure he doesn’t get himself in over his head. Now, it will be clear that he is definitely in deep, and it will be Dex’s and Michael’s job to get him out of it. Of course, Sonny can’t have any inkling that Michael was ever involved, much less Carly!
