General Hospital Spoilers: Victor Cassadine Alive & Out for Revenge – Villain’s Comeback Underway?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was a master of deception, so no one can rule out the idea that he’s still alive. It would’ve been easy for a guy like Victor to fake his demise, especially if he used one of those realistic masks that he was so fond of.

If Victor survived that whole ordeal in Greenland, he could easily be the one out for revenge on Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

There have already been some hints about the Metro Court pool incident being connected to the WSB – even if it was perhaps someone who went rogue.

Sonny will have more WSB suspicions as he works on a theory during the week of July 31-August 4.

Of course, we can’t forget that Victor was once the director of the WSB and surely still has some loyal people tied to the organization who would do his dirty work.

After all, it doesn’t make sense that Victor would be satisfied with merely destroying Anna’s career.

Victor would want Anna to pay a more permanent price, so it makes sense that he’d try to have her eliminated.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is off on this pointless search for Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss) with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) in Chechnya, so Victor may have gotten him out of the way.

There’s a good chance Laura and Valentin are headed for a trap anyway, so that’s another reason to think Victor’s alive and plotting vengeance on all his enemies.

In Victor’s will, he left Ava a picture of a gargoyle, which implied that he knew about her whacking Nikolas in the head that night with the gargoyle statuette.

Victor may also know that Nikolas is alive and on life support if Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) has been in touch with him.

Regardless, it feels like another GH umbrella story is brewing since Anna will grow increasingly curious about Pikeman Security Group.

Mason’s boss wants to learn about Sonny’s dealings with Pikeman – and we know Valentin was previously used as a go-between for Sonny and Pikeman, too.

How did Valentin get tangled up with Pikeman in the first place? Did Victor have something to do with that?

Whatever the case, it’s easy to see how all the puzzle pieces could add up to Victor Cassadine’s vengeful comeback.

There’ll be another attack on Anna during the week of August 7-11, so that might bring more clues that could possibly point in Victor’s direction.
