General Hospital Comings And Goings: Hayley Erin Returns To Port Charles – Kiki Jerome Back!
General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will finally have some success contacting her late daughter Kiki Jerome in the afterlife when Hayley Erin makes a special appearance this week!
As General Hospital viewers will recall, Kiki was a victim of Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), who killed her after Ava complained they weren’t getting along. In Ryan’s mind, he thought he was doing Ava a favor by killing her daughter, who he perceived was a problem and a roadblock to Ava’s happiness.
Recently, Ava has been seeing two different psychics, Sibley Gamble (Veronica Cartwright) and Chelsea Lam (Jen Ray). She even went to visit Ryan to get him to let her go, at the advice of her psychics, so that Kiki would feel free to communicate with Ava from the beyond.
General Hospital Spoilers – Ava Jerome Wants To Make Up With Late Daughter
Ava of course has been wanting to make up with Kiki because they were angry with each other when she was murdered, and Ava had been dating and sleeping with Kiki’s murderer the night of her death. Of course, Ava didn’t know that until months after the death of her daughter and so that increases the guilt she feels for the two having been at odds with each other.
Previous attempts in séances and channeling only brought the disappointing news from the other side that Kiki didn’t want her to contact her again. However, it looks like perhaps Kiki has had a change of heart and will be spending some time with her mother to work things out – even if only in Ava’s dreams!
Ava will have a dream where Kiki will visit her and they will talk things out; it sounds like from previews for Wednesday, August 21st’s episode it will be a good visit and Ava will receive some closure. She tells psychic Chelsea that Kiki visited her in her dreams last night and Ava did look more peaceful and was smiling as she was getting ready to share the news with Chelsea.
General Hospital Spoilers – Haley Erin Left To Take Role In Another Show
Ava has been in rough shape and unable to move on with her life because of guilt and grief for Kiki, and so Kiki spending time with her in her dreams should help. Dreams can be very realistic and apparently this one will be for Ava.
Hayley Erin left General Hospital to take a role in another show, “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionsists” where she plays Taylor Hotchkiss on the Freeform network. She had originally said she was going to try to stay in the role of Kiki but found that the two shows’ filming schedules were incompatible.
She has been quoted as saying that once Kiki left this world, she was reincarnated as a golden retriever puppy and was living her best puppy life, but General Hospital viewers can expect her to appear as Kiki, not the puppy! She also considers it a high compliment that the role of Kiki was not recast!
