General Hospital villainess Nelle Hayes may return to the canvas soon because she might be the only one who can save her twin sister, Willow Tait. However, the she-villain might make her good twin’s life miserable after saving it on the ABC sudser.
General Hospital: Nina Reeves Not a Match
Recently, on GH, it turned out that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is not a bone marrow match for her daughter Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
Of course, everyone was hopeful that Nina would be the one to keep her child alive – especially Nina. Indeed, she can’t handle losing another daughter on General Hospital.
Also, she’s desperate for a relationship with her new daughter. Of course, she loves Willow Tait now that she knows she’s her mother.
But she also doesn’t want to miss out as she did with Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier). However, Willow is running out of options and may not have much time left on General Hospital.

Things are looking pretty bleak for Willow at the moment. She was hoping that the silver lining to Nina being her mom would be that she could save her. Now, she can do nothing except hope that a donor becomes available.
However, there may be one option no one would consider. The Crimson editor recently mentioned that a sibling is the best chance of a match. But Nelle is dead — or so she thinks.
Indeed, General Hospital fans don’t believe she died that night on the cliff. And Nina’s comment may signal a return from the supervillain.
Nelle Hayes Back from the Dead on General Hospital?
Many GH viewers don’t think we’ve seen the last of Nelle Hayes — and they could very well be right. It would make perfect sense (and be very soapy) if she popped back up and was her twin’s only chance of survival.
Most likely, Nelle would be hesitant to save her good twin because she’s her enemy. But if she donated her bone marrow and saved Willow and her unborn baby, she could hold it over her twin for the rest of her life.
Indeed, that sounds like Nelle on General Hospital. And, of course, Willow and her fiancé Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will be mortified if his evil ex is the reason Willow and their baby girl survive. But if it’s her only option, she must take her evil twin’s bone marrow to live.
Furthermore, if the baddie is alive, her mama will be ecstatic to have both of her daughters. On top of that, she is determined to make Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) pay. And Nelle would jump at the chance to help her mother get revenge on General Hospital.
Indeed, she hates Carly and the whole family. And she will be thrilled to learn that her mother “stole” Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) from Carly. Plus, she’ll likely go after her son, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). No doubt, it will be bittersweet if Nelle becomes Willow’s miracle.
She and her baby will live — but at a huge cost to “Millow” and their family. It’s one shocking twist after another these days on GH. So, buckle up because it’s sure to be a wild ride if Nelle Hayes returns and saves Willow Tait on the ABC soap.
