Sister Wives: Kody Brown Feels Pushed Out by David Woolley?
Kody has not forgiven his ex-partner Christine Brown for bailing on him, their relationship, and their family. TLC viewers know from Season 17 that he felt betrayed by her. Fans say it seems like he remains bitter and disagreeable for the most part.
However, he is trying to move past it. Except when it comes to his daughter Truely Brown. Then he has issues and he is especially unhappy about Truely’s growing bond with David Woolley.
Sources close to the Sister Wives family say that he feels David is doing everything possible to push him out of Truely’s life. He gets very upset seeing Christine flaunt her life publicly. He believes it is her way of throwing shade at him, especially when it comes to their daughter Truely.
Kody says his ex knows how he feels about David’s relationship with their daughter. They say he has brought it up numerous times, and she ignores his thoughts and feelings. The source adds that he is over their games.
David Steps Up as A Father Figure?
Sister Wives fans are happy Christine has found love with David Woolley. But many feel the couple is rushing their relationship. In February they made their relationship public, and two months later announced their engagement. Kody’s pride reportedly can’t take much more.
The source adds that David does not care for him at all. He feels Kody mistreated her throughout their relationship and he treats Christine like a queen.
He understands how important the Sister Wives‘ mom’s children are to her. This is one reason he takes it above and beyond to step up as a father figure for them.
At first, Truely wanted nothing to do with her mom’s new boyfriend. However, the pair include her on many of their outings in hopes of building a bond. Recently the teen found herself in a difficult situation.
During a recent trip, she climbed up a large hill and became too scared to descend. But she soon discovered a hero in David, who went up the hill to rescue her. He patiently taught her to climb down on her own. Christine found the fatherly move very endearing and boasted about it on social media.

The informant says this was just another knife to Kody Brown’s kidneys. He feels very triggered by seeing David with his daughter. But even as upsetting as it is, this is not his biggest problem.
He does not want Truely Brown to live in the same house as Christine and David. He feels it is inappropriate because they are unmarried. Kody feels it sets a poor moral example for his daughter.

So far there is not much information about the stars’ custody agreement. All that is known at this time is that according to sources Kody stays in constant contact with Truely. Whether it is through arranged visits once a month, or Facetime. Both parents are trying to stay amicable for their daughter’s sake.
TLC viewers will see how the former couple’s custody case plays out when Season 18 reportedly airs in September. However, at the rate, things are going between Kody Brown and David Woolley things could take a bad turn. If that happens, who knows how long Sister Wives‘ parents will be able to remain amicable?
