Hence, it has been many years since this decision, and on the day of her marriage anniversary, Meri decided to make a very vulnerable post about how she feels about herself and her former marriage. Meri and Kody Brown have had a turbulent marriage since 2015. The catfish incident caused a lot of rifts in their bond, and the latter never bothered to fix it. Instead, he treated his first wife very platonically, and it confused everyone, including Meri. Finally, she decided to right the wrong by leaving the plural family and didn’t look back. Apparently, it would have been her marriage anniversary of 34 years on April 21st.
The Sister Wives star mentioned how she doesn’t regret her marriage or her divorce. Meri would often look back and try to think of things she could have done better at first. But now she is grateful for the experiences and lessons. For the longest time, she thought she was a failure for not making her marriage work.
But Meri changed the narrative. She now believes she is a strong woman as the lessons made her who she is today. She was happy to be “building her own table” and having people around her to share that. While she feels a lot of emotions on April 21st i.e., her marriage anniversary, but it is the day that has brought her life full circle.

At the same time, she was an endorser of LuLaRoe clothing. Hence, she had other things going on apart from her draining marriage and being a reality TV star.
Fans have seen Meri work very hard to make her dreams come true. She also uses her social media space to promote her bnb and often comes up with very creative ideas to make her customer’s stays worthwhile. During Christmas, she also started selling merchandise, such as a piece from the logs of wood from the inn and made a lot of profit. She has also started many special retreats in her Utah bnb.
