Apparently, an infinity symbol and a heart with it symbolize “love” for “numerous partners.” Polyamorous people usually wear this, and it is a true symbol of “polygamy.” This made the viewers wonder if Christine was still in love with Kody. However, there is a fair chance that the patriarch gifted it to Christine when they were together. But even after parting ways with him, she still wears it because she has memories associated with it, and it is close to her heart.
Moreover, it could just be a necklace that Christine got from My Sister Wives Closet. Intially, Robyn used to design all the accessories there. Hence, there is a fair chance that Christine got it from there and simply wears it because she loves it.
