‘SURROUNDED BY LOVE’ Sister Wives’ Christine Brown thanks family for ‘love and support’ on wedding day despite surprising snub of key members
CHRISTINE Brown has shared an emotional show of thanks to her large family, following her wedding to David Woolley.
But not every family member was there to partake in the festivities
Christine, 51, married David, 59, last weekend in a fairytale ceremony at Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab, Utah.
The wedding was attended by 330 guests, including the reality star’s bestie, Janelle, and Christine’s children.
Christine has six children with ex Kody: Aspyn, 28; Mykelti, 27; Paedon, 25; Gwendlyn, 21; Ysabel, 20; and Truely, 13.
After a whirlwind week of celebrating, the Sister Wives star took a moment on Saturday to reflect and say thanks.
Christine shared a series of photos of family members together at the wedding, making sure to tag each one of them.
In the caption, she gushed: “It meant the world to us to have such amazing love and support on our wedding day!
“So grateful to be surrounded by so much love!”

Fans in the comments section had fun pointing out their favorite family members.
“I love that Leon is there,” one person noted, as another joked: “I think Paedon got ALL of the height in the family.”
While a third asked: “Is that Truely with purple hair? I freakin’ love!”
However, one fan couldn’t help but notice one of Christine’ daughters was missing in action.
“It makes me sad that Gwen couldn’t be there,” the person commented. “This pic is such a framer, but she’s missing.”
Another person added: “The whole situation is sad and I hope Christine makes amends with her.”
As a third agreed: “It’s really unfortunate that whatever the reason is Gwen couldn’t bring herself to attend.”
GWEN’S FEELINGS
While it’s not known exactly why Gwen was absent, she had previously given her mom’s union her blessing.
During an Instagram Live earlier this year, Christine and Kody Brown’s daughter laid it all on the line.
“Yeah, I do like my mom’s boyfriend,” the 21-year-old gushed about her mother’s romance with David. “I think he’s a lot of fun.”
And she’s not the only one.
“He and Truely get along really well, which is what I was most concerned about,” Gwendlyn added about her 12-year-old sister.
Just don’t expect her to act like David is a replacement for her real father.
“I’m not calling him dad,” she confessed. “Even if there’s a fire.”
Gwendlyn is one of six kids Christine shares with Kody. The show regular said most of her siblings have given David a stamp of approval.
“We think he’s fun,” she said. “As a person, we like him.”
