Robyn is such a narcissistic, immature person to hold a grudge against Hunter. All of the children were going through a great deal of stressful life-changing events. For her to act the way she did was just another prime example of how truly selfish she is! 😠 😡 Now I understand why Kody and Robyn feel that they are soul mates. They both are self-absorbed, narcissistic idiots!!
If memory serves, while living in Lehi, Hunter was on the wrestling team and did very well. He was your typical teen, except being part of a polygamist family. The move to Vegas affected him greatly and he withdrew a great deal. The fact that he pulled it together, despite his dad’s lack of support and has become such an incredible human is extraordinary! Similarly, his younger brother Gabriel has suffered the same fate. He was forced to move to Flagstaff at a time where his high school career was thriving and he would have been eligible for scholarships. He loved his friend group and where he lived. Starting over in a new state derailed his high school career and achievements. I love Janelle, but I would’ve told Kody, I’m not moving until Gabe finishes high school!
Robyn blocked the relationship her children could’ve had with the other children. That is no one’s fault but Robyn’s. She always had unrealistic goals. And when her ideas didn’t pan out she played victim and pushed Kody further and further away from his family.
